Small components can be difficult to align accurately by hand. Even a slight movement can affect drilling, inspection, assembly or adjustment results.
The Manualmaniac™ PrecisionStage 4X gives you controlled movement across the X, Y, Z and R axes. Fine-tune the position, height and angle of your workpiece without repeatedly moving the entire setup by hand.
Its cross-roller guide system provides smooth movement, while the compact 60 × 60 mm platform fits easily into detailed workshop setups.
Place the PrecisionStage on a stable surface or attach it to compatible equipment using the available mounting points.
Use the X and Y controls to move the workpiece forward, backward, left or right with controlled accuracy.
Position your component or compatible fixture on the 60 × 60 mm platform and make sure it is held securely.
Adjust the Z axis for vertical movement, then use the R axis to fine-tune the platform angle within ±5°.
