Daniel R.

“I use it for aligning small components before drilling and assembly. The adjustments feel smooth, and having control over all four axes makes precise positioning much easier.”

Thomas W.

“I build small models and needed something more controlled than a handheld drill. This machine is compact, steady, and much easier to use on delicate pieces.”

Robert H.

“Doesn’t take over my workbench and handles detailed drilling really well. The vertical lever makes it much easier to lower the bit smoothly and stay on target.”

How to Use

The PrecisionStage 4X gives you controlled movement across four axes, helping you accurately position small components for detailed work.

  • Place the platform on a stable workbench or mount it to compatible equipment using the available mounting points.
  • Secure the workpiece or compatible fixture to the 60 × 60 mm upper platform.
  • Adjust the X and Y controls to move the workpiece forward, backward, left or right.
  • Use the Z-axis control to raise or lower the platform by up to 10 mm.
  • Fine-tune the R-axis to rotate the platform within a ±5° range.
  • Check the final alignment before beginning drilling, inspection, assembly or other precision work.

For the best results, keep the load centred on the platform and do not exceed the rated 3 kgf capacity.

STOP GUESSING. START POSITIONING WITH PRECISION.

Small components can be difficult to align accurately by hand. Even a slight movement can affect drilling, inspection, assembly or adjustment results.

The Manualmaniac™ PrecisionStage 4X gives you controlled movement across the X, Y, Z and R axes. Fine-tune the position, height and angle of your workpiece without repeatedly moving the entire setup by hand.

Its cross-roller guide system provides smooth movement, while the compact 60 × 60 mm platform fits easily into detailed workshop setups.

  • Fine-tune position across four independently adjustable axes.
  • Make controlled adjustments with a 0.01 mm minimum reading.
  • Keep small components stable throughout precision work.

“Aligning small components by hand used to take several attempts. With the four-axis adjustment, I can make tiny corrections without rebuilding the entire setup. It saves time and gives me much better control.”

One Precision Platform, Multiple Detailed Jobs

Position Small Parts with Confidence

Precisely align small components beneath a drill, milling tool or other compatible workshop equipment. Adjust the position across four axes without repeatedly moving the entire setup by hand.

Make Accurate Alignment Adjustments

Move components in controlled increments during measurement, optical alignment and inspection. The 0.01 mm minimum reading helps you make small corrections when accuracy matters.

Bring Components into Position

Fine-tune the height, direction and angle of small parts during electronics work, prototyping and detailed mechanical assembly. The compact platform keeps adjustments controlled without crowding your workspace.
