Welcome to Manualmaniac™.

The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Manualmaniac™. We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing our products.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of legal majority in your country or region, or that you are using the Services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your email address, billing information and delivery address.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Restricting access to your account and devices

• Reviewing all activity performed through your account

• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access

You may not sell, transfer, assign or license your account to another person.

We may suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours, finishes, proportions and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing updates or photography conditions.

Product measurements and specifications are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may, without prior notice:

• Update product descriptions or specifications

• Change product packaging

• Correct inaccurate product information

• Limit available quantities

• Discontinue a product

• Restrict sales to particular customers, regions or jurisdictions

Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s intended function will not automatically constitute a defect, subject to applicable consumer law.

3. Tool Compatibility and Intended Use

Manualmaniac™ products are tools and accessories intended for appropriate repair, maintenance, workshop and DIY applications.

Before purchasing or using a product, you are responsible for checking:

• Product dimensions

• Drive and socket sizes

• Compatibility with your tools and fasteners

• Torque and operating limits

• Whether the product is suitable for the intended application

The Manualmaniac™ Offset Ratchet Extension is designed to transfer rotational force to fasteners in restricted or obstructed spaces. It does not bend and is not a replacement for a flexible shaft, universal joint or calibrated torque wrench.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, our tools are not intended for use in safety-critical, medical, aerospace or life-support applications.

4. Safe Use of Products

You agree to read and follow all product instructions, warnings, limitations and safety information before use.

When using Manualmaniac™ tools, you must:

• Select the correct socket and adapter size

• Ensure every connection is fully seated and secured

• Keep the socket properly aligned with the fastener

• Inspect the product before each use

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment

• Keep hands, clothing and other objects away from moving components

• Stop using the product if it is damaged, cracked, excessively worn or operating abnormally

• Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of any connected ratchet, impact wrench, socket or power tool

For the Manualmaniac™ Offset Ratchet Extension, the stated operating limits are:

• Powered operation: Up to 50 ft-lb / 67.8 Nm

• Manual operation: Up to 74 ft-lb / 100 Nm

Do not exceed the stated limits. Do not use high-torque modes, oversized breaker bars, cheater pipes or other methods intended to multiply force beyond the product’s rated capacity.

The extension transfers torque but does not measure it. A calibrated torque wrench must be used where a manufacturer requires a precise final torque.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, excessive torque or operation contrary to the instructions may not be covered by our voluntary guarantee, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, begin fulfilment or dispatch the product.

We reserve the right to reject, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment

• Delivery restrictions

• Abuse of promotions

• Unusually large or repeated orders

• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not purchase products for unauthorised resale or export.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order, selected product and delivery address before completing checkout.

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact diytoolstore1@outlook.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

If an order has already shipped, it must be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include:

• Delivery charges

• Import duties

• Customs fees

• Local handling charges

• Taxes collected outside checkout

Where required, applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We may use third-party payment providers to securely process transactions. We do not generally receive or store complete payment card details.

Promotional codes:

• Must be entered before checkout is completed

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Cannot be applied retrospectively

• May be limited by product, customer, region or expiration date

• Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted

If a price is clearly incorrect because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier disruptions

• Customs inspections

• Severe weather

• Public holidays

• Labour disputes

• Incorrect delivery information

• Local delivery restrictions

• Force majeure events

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

For consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions where mandatory consumer rules apply, risk of loss normally passes when you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

For other transactions, risk and title pass as provided by applicable law.

9. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local handling charges.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

We do not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee whether charges will apply or how long customs processing will take.

Refusing a package because of customs charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Any refund will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Actual shipping, customs or return costs may be deducted where legally permitted.

10. Returns, Refunds and Statutory Rights

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Our voluntary return policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Customers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

11. Promotions and Voluntary Guarantees

We may offer discounts, promotions, bonuses or voluntary satisfaction guarantees. Each offer may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, exclusions and deadlines.

If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

A voluntary money-back guarantee is separate from any statutory warranty or consumer rights. Any exclusions applicable to a voluntary guarantee do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Abuse of promotions, creation of multiple accounts to obtain repeated discounts or fraudulent guarantee claims may result in rejection of the claim, order cancellation or account restriction.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Manualmaniac™ name and logo, product names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, icons, layouts and designs, is owned by or licensed to Manualmaniac™ and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce our website content

• Modify or create derivative works from our content

• Republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content

• Use our trademarks, product photographs or branding

• Remove ownership or copyright notices

• Scrape or systematically extract website content

• Present yourself as affiliated with or authorised by Manualmaniac™

No rights or licences are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

Shopify’s trademarks and materials belong to Shopify. Other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

13. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, comment or other content (“Customer Content”), you grant Manualmaniac™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display that content for operating, improving and promoting our Services.

You retain any ownership rights you have in your Customer Content.

You confirm that:

• You created the content or have permission to submit it

• The content is accurate and reflects a genuine experience

• Any incentive or compensation connected with the submission has been disclosed

• The content does not violate another person’s rights

• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading or malicious

• The content does not contain malware or harmful code

We may moderate, reject or remove Customer Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not required to publish every submission or provide compensation for it.

14. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may include links, integrations or tools provided by third parties.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the provider’s own terms and policies. Review those terms before submitting information or completing a transaction.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

15. Relationship With Shopify

Manualmaniac™ uses Shopify to provide and host the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Manualmaniac™.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the fulfilment, suitability, safety or quality of products purchased from Manualmaniac™.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or claims that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our store, certain information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and relevant service providers as described in those policies.

17. Errors and Availability

Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information or omissions relating to:

• Product descriptions

• Specifications

• Prices

• Promotions

• Availability

• Shipping costs

• Delivery estimates

We may correct errors and update information without prior notice.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with the corrected information and offer an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where required.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, use the Services unlawfully, threaten the security of the website or engage in fraudulent activity.

Termination does not affect obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, submitted content, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution and any other provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its digital content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free

• Every defect or technical issue will be corrected immediately

• The Services will always be compatible with every device or browser

• General educational content will be suitable for a particular repair or application

Product information and general repair content do not replace professional advice, manufacturer service instructions or appropriate safety procedures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or legal guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manualmaniac™ and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or data.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

• Improper product use

• Exceeding stated torque or operating limits

• Using an incompatible tool, socket or adapter

• Modification of the product

• Failure to follow safety instructions

• Normal wear and tear

• Events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

Where liability can legally be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Manualmaniac™, its affiliates, employees, contractors and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs arising directly from:

• Your unlawful use of the Services

• Your material breach of these Terms

• Your infringement of another person’s rights

• Customer Content you submit

This section does not apply to ordinary consumer activity where such indemnification would be prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.

23. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, transport disruption, customs delays, epidemics, telecommunications failures or interruption of essential services.

This section does not remove any refund, cancellation or consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only if confirmed in writing by us.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the entire agreement between you and Manualmaniac™ concerning use of the Services and replace earlier agreements or communications relating to the same subject.

Nothing in this section limits representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

27. Assignment

You may not transfer your account or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, sale, restructuring or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law. Any transfer will not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.

28. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at diytoolstore1@outlook.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising any right or remedy available under applicable law.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, products, business practices or legal obligations.

The current version will always be available on this page. The “Last updated” date indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Material changes will apply from the date stated in the notice and will not retroactively reduce rights already acquired under a completed purchase unless permitted by law.
