Choose the adapter that matches your socket and place the reversible ratcheting head on the fastener. Keep the opposite end outside the restricted area, then operate it manually or connect a compatible powered tool.
For powered use, do not exceed 50 ft-lb / 67.8 Nm. For manual use, do not exceed 74 ft-lb / 100 Nm. Use a torque wrench for final tightening of safety-critical fasteners.
